This privacy policy notice describes how we might use your information if you use the My Race Index web application at https://myraceindex.com.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
Information My Race Index Collects
Strava Data. We collect, process, and store data from your linked Strava account. We do this under the terms of the Strava API agreement. When you unlink your Strava account from My Race Index, we immediately delete this data.
In short, none of your Strava data will ever be seen by or sold to third parties.
How does My Race Index use your data?
To provide and improve our service. We collect the minimum data required to provide and improve our service.
Will your information be shared or sold?
No. Any data collected by My Race Index directly will never be shared with or sold to third-parties, except when legally required to do so.
How long do we keep your information?
For as long as you use the application. Your data will be immediately deleted if you unlink My Race Index from your Strava account.
You have the right to delete all your data at immediate notice. Please do this by unlinking My Race Index from your Strava account, unlinking Strava from your My Race Index account via the Settings tab, or by emailing chris@mepham.uk.
