As an application which integrates with the Strava API, My Race Index complies with the requirements of the Strava API agreement.
Termination of Account
My Race Index reserves the right to terminate your user account, and delete any associated data, without reason or prior notice.
You can delete your account at any time within the settings section of the application. This will result in all of your data being immediately deleted.
Warranty
My Race Index provides no warranty or guarantees in relation to the accuracy, quality, or reliability of service provided.
Liability
To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, My Race Index accepts no liability for any damage or injury which might occur in relation to or as a result of use of the application.
